Aspartate Aminotransferase (Serum Glutamic Oxaloacetic Transaminase) is an enzyme indicating liver and heart health, aiding in diagnosing liver disease and myocardial infarction.

Oscar’s AST (SGOT) reagent test is based upon a modified IFCC/ Kinetic method.
