G6PDH

Glucose-6-Phosphate-Dehydrogenase (G6PDH) deficiency is one of the most common human enzyme deficiencies in the world. During G6PD deficiency, red cells are unable to regenerate NADPH, which can cause hemolysis. 

Oscar’s G6PDH reagent test is based upon the Quantitative method.
